• The Academy delivers people development and organisational development programmes through an applied work-based-learning methodology, delivering programmes, workshops and masterclasses.  We deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes through a blend of face-face workshops, online learning and self-directed learning. The Academy team creates bespoke content contextualised to the Scottish public-sector and provides online access via our Academy Moodle platform.




       
      Our work-based learning methodology engages learners in time-concise learning, allowing our learners to apply new knowledge to their work practice immediately. This provides a quick-return for the learner, and their organisation.

      The Academy delivers work-based-learning programmes accredited by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA); along with licensed content from the Association of Project Management (APM).
