Scotland Excel Academy offer this new qualification for the public sector through a Work Based Learning methodology. This will focus on the practical application of key skills in Procurement in a local government context. 

The Practitioner programme is a good fit for councils and public sector organisations who are keen to gain a qualification in public sector procurement.

The Public Sector Procurement Practitioner is a SCQF (Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework) level 8 qualification and is certified by the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
