Procurement Training for the Public Sector

The Scottish Government places a high focus on its people and the overall vision can be summed up as, “Having the right people, in the right place, with the right skills, at the right time’’.
The Procurement and Commercial Training Framework aims to support this vision through the provision of a wide range of training aimed at building capability and skills for procurement.
The Scotland Excel Academy offers a broad range of procurement training workshops at three levels to ensure flexibility around the public sector experience. Courses can be tailored to meet the needs of specific organisations however, we also offer flexible open courses across the calendar year.
